Lysine Methylation
This protocol is an NKI local adaptation based on the article by Grimes and co-workers[1]. The idea is to change the charge properties post-purification, modify the solubility of the protein (hence the phase diagram) and get crystals! Its a quick and easy thing to try especially for proteins that appear to be too soluble!
