Role-Playing Game

A role-playing game (RPG) is a genre of games, where players take the role of a charakter, often based in a fictional world. The origin of RPGs are tabletop role-playing games, where a group of players use pen, paper and dice to stage a story by following a narrative instance (game master), making decisions and solve quests.
