Structure of the rotor ring of F-Type Na+-ATPase from Ilyobacter tartaricus

The structure of the C-ring was solved by molecular replacement, followed by many cycles of refinement and model building. The raw data are available at https://wiki.uni-konstanz.de/pub/datasets/ (ATPase C-ring, spacegroup P21, resolution 2.4 Å - a large membrane protein structure, 44-fold NCS, strong diffuse scattering).

The goal of this XDSwiki project is to run different versions of XDS (and other data reduction programs if anybody would contribute the data reductions!), and to compare internal R-factor statistics against R-factors of the refined model.

More to come soon!
