| This advice is not suitable if the window is maximized (i.e. fills the screen). However, from within coot one can manipulate the stereo angle (Calculate/Scripting.../Scheme...): (set-hardware-stereo-angle-factor -2.0) Try setting this to -2.0 or 2.0 and see if it flips the eyes. May have to play with the absolute value to get to a comfortable stereo setting.
